Using Wet Sea Salt

Sea salt is a naturally occurring substance which is collected from sea water which has gone through an evaporation process from both wind and sun. To achieve dry sea salt there can be mechanical processes which assist in this drying process. However, with unrefined sea salt there’s no additional processing which alters its chemical composition or natural properties.
