Truly non-stick

I like that this pan is made in Canada. The small size is perfect for frying a couple of eggs or cooking a small recipe and it is truly non-stick. It washes up well in the dishwasher. I bought this to replace a much more expensive non-stick pan that was hit or miss on the non-stick factor. The Meyer pan is definitely an upgrade. I took off 1 star because the handle is metal and quite thick, likely designed to disperse heat, but it can become hot after a while and none of the silicone handle sleeves that I have will fit. I need to use a potholder on the handle if the pan is over heat for a while. Not ideal for a frying pan where a solid, one-handed grip is required.
